Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We value our customers and strive to deliver high-quality, handcrafted furniture that meets your expectations. To maintain fairness and clarity, please review our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy below

1. General Conditions

  • All return, exchange, or maintenance transactions require the original purchase invoice as proof of transaction.
  • Products must be in new, unused condition, free of damage, and in their original packaging where applicable.
  • Our policies are aligned with the Consumer Protection Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Refund Policy

  • Customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date only if the item has not been delivered.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of an approved request, subject to the item not being received and meeting the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit if preferred.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the purchase date, provided the item has not been delivered.
  • Special orders and customized items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Items approved for exchange do not receive an extension of the original return/exchange period.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Bed sheets and pillowcases
  • Mattresses and mattress toppers
  • Carpets and rugs
  • Accessories and decorative items
  • Items marked as clearance or sold via auction

5. Special Orders & Custom Furniture

  • Special or customized orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order placement.
  • Customers may cancel special orders only in the event of a delay beyond the agreed delivery timeline.
  • In such cases, the refund will be processed in accordance with our regular refund timeline.

6. Payment and Invoice Policy

  • Full payment must be completed within 7 days from the purchase date.
  • If full payment is not received within this period, the order may be cancelled, and any paid amount will be converted to store credit.
  • Store credit is valid for a limited period and can only be used for future purchases from Z Style Furniture

7. Product Inspection & Rejection Rights

  • Z Style Furniture reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
  • In cases where a product has been mispriced, misrepresented, or incorrectly listed (including size, image, or description), we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order.

8. Warranty & Maintenance

  • Accessories sold by Z Style Furniture do not carry any warranty.
  • Furniture items may carry a limited warranty depending on the product category. Please refer to individual product documentation or speak to a showroom representative for more details.
  • Maintenance services (if applicable) require presentation of the original invoice and may be subject to additional charges.
